Job Title:  Estimator

 
Responsibilities:
  • Review customer RFQs, prepare cost estimates and quotes
  • Identify and qualify all cost factors such as time, labor, materials, equipment, engineering, outside services, manufacturing, delivery, and other expenses to generate accurate estimates.
  • Must be able to formulate an estimate from blueprint drawings
  • Consult with customers, vendors, and co-workers to discuss and formulate strategies and estimates and resolve issues

Qualifications:

  • Efficiency and confident on computer, including MS Office
  • Experience with modern day manufacturing methods, including all facets of machining and welding
  • Prior Machining or experience in the Machining Industry is a MUST
  • Must be familiar with Materials used in machining, Aluminum, Stainless Steel, Red Metals, Steel, Tool Steels, etc
  • Understanding of manufacturing methods and procedures
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to multitask and work in fast paced environment
  • Work well with others yet also work alone

 

Job Title:  Machinist 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift openings, hours are flexible with prior approval.

Responsibilities:

  • Programming and setting up CNC Milling and Turning. 
    • Brand new MORI 5 Axis, MORI Mill Turns.  Also, many up-to-date and/or new Verticals, Horizontals, CNC Mills, Mill Turn Lathes, Twin Turret-Twin Spindle lathes. 
  • Produce quality machined parts to blueprints and job travelers
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Maintain safe work environment by following standards and procedures
